Description
To take telephone referrals, create computer records and log changes, schedule appointments, administer and process all customer paperwork, and complete computer records, ensuring that they are accurate and contract compliant. · Booking Customer appointments · Resolving enquiries from Customers · Establishing initial Customer Adept record and paper file · Providing in-work support to Customers via regular telephone contact. · Receiving and filing client paperwork · Reviewing Adept records and paper files. · Preventing errors and non contract compliance issues occurring · Ensuring data is captured and entered accurately. Someone with excellent communication skills, Gaining satisfaction from completing tasks accurately. Someone who is IT literate, flexible and able to work quickly to successfully perform a full range of administrative function
