This is a great opportunity for a sous chef or competent Chef d partie to looking to develop into a head chef role. Role includes working with Head chef in the creation of our Market Fresh Daily Menu and assisting chef in management of day to day kitchen operations Candidate must be a strong all rounder with a passion for great food and ambition to advance in the industry.
