This 200 cover restaurant part of City Inn Westminster provides innovation with daily changing menus providing the very best in freshly prepared modern British cuisine. Running along side city caf is our 60 cover terrace side street bringing a taste of alfresco dining to central London. On top of this the kitchen also caterers for 7 private dining rooms a 100 cover cocktail bar 24 hour room service and breakfast for up to 700 guests. As a member of the Kitchen Team you will need to be hardworking and creative. Working in a team you will not only be concerned with ensuring our guests receive the best quality food possible but that you and your team mates are motivated and have as much fun as possible whilst at work. The basic scope of you role will be to assist the Head Chef in the organisation and controlling of all kitchen operations. You will assist in the development of an innovative style of brand cuisine relevant to City Caf restaurant bar and terrace and will promote the style in order to achieve local and national recognition. With this in mind you will already be an experienced Chef de Partie (or on an equivalent level) currently working within a large scale stand alone restaurant or branded restaurant concept within a 4 or 5 star hotel in the pastry division.
