Pl8 is a progressive Edinburgh based franchise company supplying furniture and kitchen packages to property investors throughout the UK and overseas. Due to the company s rapid expansion we now seek to recruit an experienced management accountant to join the company s existing management team on a part time basis 3 4 days per week. Duties include Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts to strict deadlines Job Costing Variance Analysis Inventories and Work in Progress reviewing and monitoring with departmental managers. Analysis of Overheads gross margins and overall site profitability. Producing profitability reports for products customers and any other ad hoc duties as required by the directors. The successful candidate will be part qualified Acca Cima with a minimum of three years cost and management accounting experience gained with retail distribution or manufacturing. The ability to work to tight deadlines under own initiative as well as part of a team advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential prerequisites for success in this role.
