Skills / Qualifications Required: The required, Key Skills, to be successful in this position, apart from having held a similar position of a minimum of 3 years, are:

• A professional and intuitive General Manager or Management Couple
• Have a meticulous eye for detail
• A strong F & B background
• A strong commercial understanding and the ability to deliver financial results in varying economic climates
• High standards of service excellence with a hands on approach to daily operations and a team leader and motivator
• Strong diplomacy, interpersonal and guest liaison skills; patience and good organizational skills
• A strong developmental approach to staff and staff training
• The ability to develop and implement business plans and to develop the property in the market place
• A team player able to perform in a multicultural, multi ethnic environment
• The persona to create a happy environment in which to work
