Metro Parking has established itself as an emerging professional in car park management and consulting services. We are a Certified On-The-Job Training Centre (COJTC) and Service Excellence Award (EXSA) organization. The company is fast expanding its services in this industry.

Responsibilities:

* Assist the Manager in planning & execution of business plan & market development activities.
* Identify & develop real market opportunities & winning marketing strategies.
* Prepare & make presentations to management & potential business partners.
* Negotiate for the acquisition of car park contracts & the liaison with landlords in contract matters.
* Servicing existing clients by providing after sales support & build strong relationship with clients.
* Achieve sales targets, pricing & budget planning.
* Provide administrative support to marketing department.

Requirements:

* At least Diploma in Marketing or equivalent preferred.
* At least 2 years related experience.
* Possess good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, good with figures and a passion for statistics and able to work independently.
* Hardworking, able to devote 110% to ensure success.
* Applicants must be Singaporean citizens or Singapore PR.
* Possess own vehicle.
* Able to start work immediately preferred.
* Salary commensurate with working experience and qualification.
