Responsibilities: • Liaise with Account Managers to update the catalogues • Editing of MS spreadsheet to prepare, review and publish the catalogues in a timely manner • Conduct and maintain catalogues with new information, new product offerings and new pricing • Check and ensure data accuracy with available information provided • Provide support to sales on catalogue enquiries • Liaise with regional Catalogue Specialists for information • Participate in adhoc related projects as and when required Requirements: • Min Diploma in IT related field • Possess knowledge with IT products such as printers, PCs, laptops and etc (For catalogues) • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS office tools • Some basic knowledge of PC/Server technology would be greatly advantageous • Good written and verbal communication skills in English Additional Information: • One year contract (renewable) with benefits & completion bonus • Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm • Work Location: Redhill/Queenstown Competitive remuneration package and excellent career prospect will be offered to the right candidate xcellink Pte Ltd 331 North Bridge Road #10-04 Odeon Towers Singapore 188720 Tel : 6336 4808 Fax : 6336 6887 To apply, please send your resume in MS word format with a recent photograph attached directly to To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 1 or greater.
