Default Admin Officer (Catalogue Specialist) - Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Account Managers to update the catalogues
• Editing of MS spreadsheet to prepare, review and publish the catalogues in a timely manner
• Conduct and maintain catalogues with new information, new product offerings and new pricing
• Check and ensure data accuracy with available information provided
• Provide support to sales on catalogue enquiries
• Liaise with regional Catalogue Specialists for information
• Participate in adhoc related projects as and when required

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in IT related field
• Possess knowledge with IT products such as printers, PCs, laptops and etc (For catalogues)
• Has good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS office tools
• Some basic knowledge of PC/Server technology would be greatly advantageous
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English


Additional Information:
• One year contract (renewable) with benefits & completion bonus
• Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
• Work Location: Redhill/Queenstown
