Our client, one of the world's leading banks, is seeking a project manager with a end to end project management experience in the banking industry to join their corporate banking division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects/ Applications as well as multiple teams including various mission critical Cash Management systems for corporate Banking IT at the global level.
Responsibilities (End to end project management)
Overall responsible for the successful delivery of the entire project.
Manage budgets, resources, as well as project timeline
Define project specifications and scope, estimate costs, and develop detailed project execution plans and project work plans.
Establish project priorities, defining and allocating tasks, and directing the project team.
Manage all resources, processes, and technologies to the established plan and coordinate & communicate across the relative divisions.
Cooperating with the other project members or committees in progressing the resolution.
Create and disseminate management and project status reports.
Identify project management and project planning/scheduling improvements.
Control budgeted costs & minimize expenses.
Obtain buy-in, maintaining ongoing communications and manage stakeholder expectations in conjunction with the business project manager, programme manager and accountable executive.
Manage the business handover and project completion activities.
Prerequisite Skills & Requirements
Minimum of 8 years project management experience, preferably in the Cash Management domain, with good knowledge of various financial product in corporate/commercial Banking
Proven ability to manage large scale IT projects to completion, on time, within budget and quality.
Degree in a Business or IT discipline, with professional certification in project management being a strong advantage.
Knowledge and practical experience in project management methodologies and system development life cycles.
Strong management, leadership, problem solving, motivational, interpersonal and communication skills.
