Job Description
Your Job / Role Description

You are required to

ensure and be responsible of the coding quality and in line with coding standards.
possess strong & good technical troubleshooting skill and well versed in J2EE, Java development framework such as Struts, JSF & Hibernate.
grasp & understand clients' business requirements
be a part of the leading team to deploy successful projects for clients


Your Qualification & Experience

Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering
At least 4 years' relevant experience in Java, J2EE Development, Framework and Implementation - Struts, Hibernate & JSF
Participated in key project implementation and contributed to its success factors
Possess good knowledge of UML for design and analysis
Experience with Oracle Database, PLSQL and good troubleshooting skill
Familiar with standard SDLC and Package Implementation Methology

Good sense of responsibility & a need to achieve.

Good people management skills with peers, subordinates, clients and customers,
