Responsibilities

Work with NPI engineer in transferring and implementing new tester/ machine setup for mass production
Lead associate engineer and technicians in new tester/ machine setup.
Work closely with test development team to optimize test cycle time reduction or product yield improvement.
Identify and resolve technical product or EOL process problems, and suggest continuous improvement.
Plan, co-ordinate and execute test equipment/ machine maintenance and calibration schedules.
Implement strategic plans to ensure test system stability and process control via EHS standards and FMEA.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering/Science
1 to 2 years related working experience
Team Leader with good interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with people at all levels.
Working knowledge of product testing, statistical analysis, equipment installation and maintenance.
Familiar with Labview software programming and SSD Agilent base test platform.
Knowledge in ISO standard requirement.
Knowledge or experience in project management will be an added advantage.
