Senior Architect

Bachelor or Master in Architecture required.
Experience in large-scale, mixed-used design
Accountable for quality of design and its compatibility with program goals
Responsible for understanding client objectives and needs
Responsible for developing documents and construction details
Guides the project through development process
Participate and attends all design presentations
Work close with design principle on all design matters
Responsible for day-to-day development of program and design issues
Ensures consistent development of ideas take place so that final results fully represent the client’s objectives
Strong verbal and written English language skills are required, being able to menor and develop junior architects
Knowledge of Chinese construction practices and Mandarin-English Skills preferred
Strong analytical and research, freehand drawing skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, office software
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory


Junior Architect

Professional diploma or degree in Architecture, Urban Planning or related subjects
2-3 years of proven experience, preferably gained from an international design firm
Knowledge of all phases of Design and Construction Document is a Must
Strong verbal and written English language skills are required
Knowledge of Chinese construction practices and Mandarin-English Skills preferred
Strong analytical and research, freehand drawing skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) is preferred and office software is required
Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-through


Internship Program

Candidates must have strong AutoCAD, communication skills and a desire to work in a team.
Primary role is to support the project team through entry-level assignments performing a variety of tasks, will work closely with senior staff supporting design presentation and construction document preparation. This is a great entry-level experience on exciting projects with opportunity for unlimited growth

Senior Landscape Architect

Bachelor or Master in Landscape Architecture or relevant discipline.
Minimum 4 years' relevant experience, expert in leading large scale projects
Preferable having overseas or sizable international design firm experience and China local projects experience
Excellent in generating landscaping concept for various projects
Overseeing the design, including urban regeneration schemes, pedestrian schemes, road or retail schemes, and maintaining the character of sites of natural beauty
