Unique opportunity for young ambitious Sales and Marketing Manager!
ETC is the world leader of complete computerised solutions for the hospitality sector where it offers complete hard- and software solutions to cover all operation processes from cash register to stock management. The products are developed in-house, and on-going investments in research and development ensure that its leading position is maintained.
ETC – Euro Tap Control - serves more than 5000 clients across the world and covers restaurants, cafes’, discothèques, and amusements parks and includes Euro Disney, Carestel and Kinepolis. Since it was founded 20 years ago its turnover has grown exponential to over 9 Mio Euro.
To prepare the company for the future and to strengthen its organisation, ETC has trusted SAM Headhunting with finding a young talented person to take responsibility for its sales and marketing function and to be the right hand for the general manager and founder of the company.
The right candidate must have excellent commercial and marketing skills and be eager to learn and develop within the company. Good management skills and a good technical aptitude and understanding of software are required. It will be an additional advantage to have inside knowledge and understanding of the Horeca sector in order to fully understand the customers’ needs and how ETC’s solutions can add considerable and immediate value.

Responsibilities

Grow to take over responsibility for commercial activities and sales

Develop and implement sales management tools

Build close cooperation with customers to understand their demands
*
Contribute to the long term commercial development
*
On-going reporting and sparring with the general manager
*
Ability to manage own work load

Technical background
*
Consistent and able to meet personal objectives and targets whilst maintaining high standards
