The Centre conducts research, service and training in a variety of the most important health problems developing countries face. Initially focused on cholera and diarrhoeal diseases, the mandate of the Centre has broadened considerably and is a world leader in studies of and solutions for common conditions prevalent in developing nations and associated with poverty, including infectious diseases, malnutrition, high fertility, microbial and chemical contamination of the environment and need for better health services.

Responsibilities:

* This position is outside Dhaka under the Clinical Sciences Division.
* The appointment will be made on a Daily Wage basis for 1 month.
* Use Early Childhood Environment Rating Scale (ECERS) to rate the quality of preschools;
* Interview mothers and children using instruments;
* Keep clear data records and expenses;
* Coordinate with Research Supervisor during data collection;

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree with good academic records.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* At least 3 years work experiences in the relevant field;
* Skills in data collection using various research methods and techniques;
* Skills in data entry, coding and consistency checking will be an advantage;
* Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit;
* Good communication skills both in written and verbal English is desirable;
* Full-Time positions available.

Daily Wage Rate- Tk.558/-per day (Consolidated).
