Bangladesh Shishu Adhikar Forum (BSAF)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for conducting research on different issues independently on child rights issues.
* She/he will also be responsible to do advocacy with national and international development organization, government functionaries and policy makers on child rights issues.
* S/he is also responsible for maintaining strong communication, advocacy and networking with the GoB, INGOs, NGOs and other relevant stakeholder.
* Develop tools for conducting different type of research work related to the program/project and as required by the same.
* Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research as and when required by the program.
* Prepare report on research and advocacy of different activities of the organization including preparation of periodic report for the Office.
* Regular field visit & provide necessary input in program management.

Requirements:

* Candidates must be Post Graduation with Honors in Law/ Social Science from any recognized university
* Candidates should have minimum 5 to 7 year(s) experience
* The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
* Research, Supervision, Communication/Public Relation/Media, Advocacy, Legal Aid & Services
* The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
* Development Agencies, Media/Public Relation Companies
* Training and proven experience on advocacy will be preferred
* Self-driven, innovative and hard working
* Good team player having excellent leadership skill
* Excellent interpersonal skill
* Good understanding on IT and its practical application
* Interested to take challenges
* Interested to regular field visit
* Report writing skill both in English and Bangla
* Interested to work under pressure
