Professional GNPD shoppers wanted

The GNPD is always looking to expand our global network of professional shoppers. We are looking for professional candidates with a knowledge of the CPG (consumer packaged goods/FMCG (fast moving consumer goods) industry with a strong command of the English language. This is not a full time role and can be completed at weekends/evenings.

The main duties include monitoring specified retail outlets for new product activity and purchasing and reporting these launches to us. The role will be paid on a simple ‘per product’ basis based on the amount of products provided to us. The more you buy, the more you can earn. Additionally, we reimburse for all costs associated with acquiring our data.


General duties:

- Visit major retail outlets weekly to monitor new product launches
- Translate all core on-pack data into our shopper website
- Establish a rapport with store managers where possible
- Photograph the front of pack, back of pack and actual product
- Pack and ship products to our London office
- Communicate monthly with your shopper manager
- Relay trends, news and information on local country

Requirements:

- Work/worked in the CPG/FMCG industry
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to translate all on-pack information from local language into English
- High speed internet access
- 4 mega-pixel digital camera
- Credit Card
- International bank account that accepts money wires (our payments)
- Love to shop or visit stores!

For our associates in the CPG/FMCG industry, this job provides them with an opportunity to increase their product knowledge being the first to see what is being launched in their market. All of our associates receive training on our shopping practices and have an assigned manager that can assist with queries.
